Elemont is a commercial real estate firm specialising in premium office spaces and high-value investment properties across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. With a growing portfolio and a sharp understanding of real estate trends, Elemont was ready to strengthen its digital presence, but its existing website didn’t quite reflect its expertise or market standing.

Our Approach

We began by going back to the basics - understanding the user journeys, mapping user expectations, and benchmarking against international standards in commercial real estate websites.
We opted for a custom UI approach - designed from scratch with Elemont’s brand positioning at the centre.
Our goal was to build a design system that felt structured, premium, and easy to navigate - without much complexity.

Simplified Navigation: We built a structured mega menu categorised by location, property type, and services, helping users get to what they want faster.

Clean Visual Language: We used a neutral colour palette, bold fonts, and generous white space, giving the design a sense of authority while letting the properties do the talking.

Mobile-First & Speed-Optimised: The site was developed to be lightning fast, responsive, and SEO-ready from day one.

Smart Backend Architecture: A flexible CMS lets Elemont’s team update listings, add new projects, or publish insights without needing dev support.
